Terms of Service — MySophieAI

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MySophieAI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using MySophieAI you represent that you are an adult under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. The Service

MySophieAI lets you design and interact with AI companions. Companions are software — they are not real people, do not have feelings, and any "memories" or "emotions" are simulated. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, mental health, or emergency advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive way.
Generate content depicting real people without their consent.
Harass, defame, or threaten any person.
Generate illegal content or content that violates the rights of others.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or training data.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with or without notice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Content ownership

You own the inputs you provide. We retain a non-exclusive license to host and process those inputs to deliver the Service. Generated outputs (photos, videos, text) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySophieAI's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
