MySophieAI ("we", "us") operates the website at mysophieai.com and the related AI companion service (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in IDs).
  • Companion content: the personalities, photos, voice settings, and conversations you create within the Service.
  • Payment data: billing details are processed by Stripe; we store only your subscription status, plan, and customer ID.
  • Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and basic interaction events collected via Lovable Analytics, the TikTok Pixel, and the Meta Pixel.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • To process subscriptions and payments through Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (account, billing, security).
  • To measure ad performance and prevent fraud through TikTok and Meta advertising pixels.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service: Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs and FAL (AI voice and image), TikTok and Meta (analytics and advertising).

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support; we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use first-party cookies for authentication and third-party tracking pixels (TikTok, Meta) to measure advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features will stop working if you do.

The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
