Refund Policy

Subscriptions

MySophieAI subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal — cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Discretionary refunds

We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Service downtime preventing material use of the product for more than 7 consecutive days.
  • Verifiable billing errors on our side.

Refund requests for these cases must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.

Statutory rights

Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with mandatory cooling-off periods retain those rights. For digital services that begin immediately upon purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once you start using the Service.

How to request a refund

Email support@mysophieai.com with your account email and the date and amount of the charge. We respond within 5 business days.
